5. Purposes of processing, controller, and legal basis.
5.1 Website Navigation (cookies and analytics)
Controller: Teresa Carles Barcelona, S.L.
Purpose: Measurement of traffic and use of the Website through Google Analytics 4, and display of the restaurant location map through embedded Google Maps.

5.2 Table Reservation (TheFork and Revolut)
The Website offers the User the possibility to reserve a table through TheFork and Revolut reservation modules, integrated into the Website, but operated directly by these platforms.
Controller: TheFork and/or Revolut, respectively, as independent controllers of the data that the User provides them when booking (art. 6.1.b GDPR, execution of the reservation contract with the third party itself). Teresa Carles Barcelona, S.L. does not receive or store the personal data entered in these modules, except for the minimum operational information of the reservation (name and number of diners) necessary for the organization of the service at the restaurant.
We recommend consulting TheFork’s privacy policy (thefork.es/legal) before providing your data through this platform. In the case of Revolut, we recommend reviewing the information and conditions that the platform itself provides at the time of making the reservation.
If when booking through TheFork the User checks the box for receiving offers and commercial communications, this marketing processing is managed directly by TheFork in accordance with its own privacy policy; Teresa Carles Barcelona, S.L. does not intervene in the sending of these communications nor does it receive the resulting contact list.
5.3 Loyalty Program and Gift Cards (Mybeezebox)
Controller: Teresa Carles Barcelona, S.L., regarding the data it receives when the User redeems a Mybeezebox discount or gift card at the restaurant.
Purpose: management of the reservation associated with the redemption, application of the corresponding discount, and operational management of the service at the restaurant.
Legal basis: execution of the contractual relationship derived from the redemption of the discount/gift card (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
The purchase of the gift card or joining the loyalty program itself is carried out directly on the Mybeezebox platform, which acts as an independent controller regarding this data. Teresa Carles Barcelona, S.L. only receives the data strictly necessary to manage the redemption when the User comes to the restaurant.
5.4 Personnel Selection Processes (“Work with us”)
Controller: TERESA CARLES HOLDING, S.L. (NIF B25683103), which centrally manages the personnel selection processes of all the Group’s companies, regardless of the website on which the application was submitted.
Purpose: management of the selection process for which the candidate has registered, including the location/office indicated by the candidate.
Legal basis: application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, if applicable, consent of the data subject for the talent pool (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention period: data and CV will be kept only during the specific selection process, unless the candidate has given their express consent to be part of the Group’s talent pool, in which case they will be kept for an additional period of 24 months, after which their consent will be requested again or they will be deleted.
Recipients: the Human Resources team of TERESA CARLES HOLDING, S.L., the application management tool (Factorial), acting as a data processor, and, in case of being selected, the Group company that finally formalizes the hiring.
5.5 Whistleblowing Channel (Internal Information System)
Additionally, the Group has a Whistleblowing Channel (Internal Information System) centrally managed by Teresa Carles Holding, S.L. through the Factorial technological platform, which acts as a data processor. The processing of data within the framework of this channel is governed by its own specific information, available on the channel itself.

7. Data Recipients and Data Processors.
In addition to the third parties identified in section 5 (TheFork, Revolut, Mybeezebox, and Teresa Carles Holding, S.L.), we may communicate your data to service providers acting as data processors on our behalf, such as web hosting providers, computer maintenance, and web analytics tools, subject in all cases to a data processor contract that guarantees the confidentiality and security of your data.

8. International Data Transfers
Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Maps) may involve a transfer of data to the United States. 9. Retention Periods
In general, we keep your personal data for a maximum period of 24 months from the User’s last interaction with us, unless a different specific retention period applies (indicated in section 5 and in the summary table in section 6). After this period, and except for a higher legal retention obligation, the data will be kept duly blocked during the period in which legal responsibilities could derive from its processing, proceeding to its definitive deletion once this last period has elapsed.
